All ticket purchases for Wavy Ratri events are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the circumstances outlined below.
If the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or failure to attend the event for any reason not attributable to the organizers.
